HOW WE WORK

How Power Fitness Club Helps You Make Progress

More Than a Membership. A Clear Path Forward.

Every member’s journey begins with understanding, not assumptions.

From your first assessment to every milestone you achieve, our coaching process is designed to help you train with purpose, stay consistent and make steady progress.

Whether you’re new to fitness or returning with years of experience, we build a plan around where you are today and where you want to be tomorrow.

STEP 01

Start With an Assessment

Before we recommend a workout, we get to know you.

No two people start from the same place. That’s why every new member begins with an assessment to help us understand your current fitness level and build a realistic plan.

During your assessment, we’ll discuss:

  • Your fitness goals
  • Previous gym or training experience
  • Existing injuries or movement limitations
  • Current strength and mobility
  • Lifestyle, work schedule and availability
  • Expectations and achievable milestones

This helps us recommend the right starting point instead of asking you to follow a one-size-fits-all programme.

STEP 02

Build the Right Training Plan

Every plan starts with your goals.

Once we understand your assessment, we create a training approach that’s appropriate for your experience and objectives.

Your programme may focus on:

  • Building strength and muscle
  • Fat loss and improved fitness
  • Functional movement and mobility
  • General health and long-term wellbeing
  • Women’s fitness
  • Senior fitness
  • Youth fitness

Your plan also considers:

  • Training frequency
  • Weekly schedule
  • Exercise selection
  • Recovery requirements
  • Progressive overload
Personalised workout plan built around member goals.

If your assessment suggests you’ll benefit from closer supervision or more personalised support, we’ll also explain how Personal Training can help. The decision is always yours.

STEP 03

Learn With Trainer-Led Guidance

Coaching doesn’t stop after your first day.

Every membership includes guidance from our coaching team while you’re training.

03

Consistent Attendance

Progress is not built in a single workout. It is built through showing up regularly, following your programme and trusting the process.

04

Recovery and Adjustment

Training is only part of the equation. Recovery, rest and programme adjustments help you continue progressing while managing fatigue and training demands.

STEP 05

Review Your Progress

Progress is measured, not guessed.

Fitness isn’t just about the number on the weighing scale.

As you continue training, your coach may review:

  1. Strength improvements
  2. Workout consistency
  3. Exercise technique
  4. Movement quality
  5. Body measurements, where appropriate
  6. Goal progression
  7. Member feedback

As your fitness improves, your programme evolves too.

STEP 06

When Personal Training Is the Right Fit

Some goals benefit from closer coaching.

While every membership includes trainer guidance, Personal Training is ideal for members who want more dedicated support.

  • Are completely new to the gym
  • Have a specific transformation goal
  • Are returning after an injury or have medical considerations
  • Need accountability to stay consistent
  • Want to improve athletic performance or strength
  • Prefer one-to-one coaching

Together, we’ll help you decide whether Personal Training is the right choice for your goals.

QUESTIONS

Frequently Asked Questions

Does every membership include trainer guidance?

Yes. Every membership includes trainer guidance on the gym floor, an initial assessment and a personalised workout plan. Members looking for more dedicated coaching can also choose Personal Training.

Do I need Personal Training as a beginner?

Not necessarily. Many beginners make excellent progress with regular membership and trainer guidance. If your assessment suggests additional support would be beneficial, we’ll explain your options and help you decide.

Will you assess me before I begin?

Yes. Every new member starts with an assessment so we can understand your goals, experience, movement capability and current fitness level before recommending a training plan.

How is my training plan created?

Your plan is built around your goals, fitness level, training experience, schedule and lifestyle. As your progress is reviewed, your programme is adjusted to keep you moving forward safely and effectively.

How often is progress reviewed?

Progress is reviewed throughout your training journey. Depending on your goals and coaching plan, your programme may be updated as your strength, technique, consistency and fitness improve.

Can you accommodate previous injuries or medical conditions?

During your assessment, we’ll discuss previous injuries, medical considerations and movement limitations. Our coaches can recommend appropriate training modifications within their professional scope. Where necessary, you may be asked to obtain medical clearance or advice before starting or changing your programme. Members requiring closer supervision may also benefit from Personal Training.
