HOW WE WORK
More Than a Membership. A Clear Path Forward.
Every member’s journey begins with understanding, not assumptions.
From your first assessment to every milestone you achieve, our coaching process is designed to help you train with purpose, stay consistent and make steady progress.
Whether you’re new to fitness or returning with years of experience, we build a plan around where you are today and where you want to be tomorrow.
STEP 01
Before we recommend a workout, we get to know you.
No two people start from the same place. That’s why every new member begins with an assessment to help us understand your current fitness level and build a realistic plan.
During your assessment, we’ll discuss:
This helps us recommend the right starting point instead of asking you to follow a one-size-fits-all programme.
STEP 02
Every plan starts with your goals.
Once we understand your assessment, we create a training approach that’s appropriate for your experience and objectives.
If your assessment suggests you’ll benefit from closer supervision or more personalised support, we’ll also explain how Personal Training can help. The decision is always yours.
STEP 03
Coaching doesn’t stop after your first day.
Every membership includes guidance from our coaching team while you’re training.
Included support for clear, confident training on the gym floor.
Dedicated one-to-one coaching for members who want closer support.
We’ll recommend Personal Training only when it genuinely adds value to your journey. Regular membership does not include constant one-to-one supervision, dedicated coaching sessions or medical rehabilitation.
STEP 04
Consistency is built one workout at a time.
Good movement comes before heavier weights. We prioritise proper form so you build strength safely and confidently.
As your strength, fitness and confidence improve, your programme evolves with you. Small, consistent improvements lead to long-term results.
Progress is not built in a single workout. It is built through showing up regularly, following your programme and trusting the process.
Training is only part of the equation. Recovery, rest and programme adjustments help you continue progressing while managing fatigue and training demands.
STEP 05
Progress is measured, not guessed.
Fitness isn’t just about the number on the weighing scale.
As you continue training, your coach may review:
As your fitness improves, your programme evolves too.
STEP 06
Some goals benefit from closer coaching.
While every membership includes trainer guidance, Personal Training is ideal for members who want more dedicated support.
Together, we’ll help you decide whether Personal Training is the right choice for your goals.
Members with current injuries, medical conditions or post-surgical considerations may be asked to obtain medical clearance before beginning or modifying training.

QUESTIONS
Yes. Every membership includes trainer guidance on the gym floor, an initial assessment and a personalised workout plan. Members looking for more dedicated coaching can also choose Personal Training.
Not necessarily. Many beginners make excellent progress with regular membership and trainer guidance. If your assessment suggests additional support would be beneficial, we’ll explain your options and help you decide.
Yes. Every new member starts with an assessment so we can understand your goals, experience, movement capability and current fitness level before recommending a training plan.
Your plan is built around your goals, fitness level, training experience, schedule and lifestyle. As your progress is reviewed, your programme is adjusted to keep you moving forward safely and effectively.
Progress is reviewed throughout your training journey. Depending on your goals and coaching plan, your programme may be updated as your strength, technique, consistency and fitness improve.
During your assessment, we’ll discuss previous injuries, medical considerations and movement limitations. Our coaches can recommend appropriate training modifications within their professional scope. Where necessary, you may be asked to obtain medical clearance or advice before starting or changing your programme. Members requiring closer supervision may also benefit from Personal Training.
